Wash the rice, then steam the rice and water in 1:1 ratio for 15 minutes.
Add diced Lee Kum Kee premium abalones in premium oyster sauce with dried scallop and appropriate amount of the abalone sauce with dried scallop, and lay 4 pieces of spare abalones on top of the rice and steam for 5 minutes.
Tips:
- Soak the Jinhua ham in hot water with sugar to enrich the flavour of ham
- Mix and match with your favourite ingredients, such as kale, for a refreshing flavour
- Serve with Lee Kum Kee Sweet Soy Sauce to enhance the taste
