How to make it

  1. Bash the shrimps with the back of a knife blade, then chop into dices.
  2. Stir and mix all the ingredients (except siu mai wrappers) and seasonings for 1 minute. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Place the filling in the middle of wrapper and wrap it. Press against the fillings with a spoon.
  4. Steam for 8-10 minutes over high heat.
