Marinate the chicken for 10 minutes. Mix the seasoning and set aside.
Heat the wok with oil. Add chicken and pan-fry over medium heat until golden. Remove from the wok and set aside.
Heat the wok with oil again. Add minced garlic and onions, stir fry until fragrant. Add chicken, carrots, potatoes and seasoning and stir fry well. Add Korean glass noodles and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add spring onions and sesame. Stir fry well and serve.
