Braised Egg Noodles with Oyster Sauce
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Egg noodles 120 g [2 pcs]
- Pork 50 g [shredded]
- Straw mushroom(s) 50 g [halved]
- Yellow chives 25 g [sectioned]
- Green onion(s) 2 pcs [sectioned]
- Ginger (s) 1 slice [shredded]
Marinade
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
- Corn starch 1/4 tsp
Sauce Mix
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Water 6 tbsp
- Corn starch 1 tsp

How to make it

Mix pork with marinade.

Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.

Saute ginger in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked.

Add&straw mushrooms, egg noodles and stir well.

Pour in sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens.

Stir in yellow chives and green&onions.
