How to make it

  1. Pan-fry potatoes in 4 tbsp oil until golden yellow, stirring occassionally.
  2. Add minced pork into potatoes and fry until done.
  3. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade and heat through. Garnish with red chilli and parsley.
