How to make it

  1. Mix grated garlic with 1 tsp sesame oil. Soak to soften goji berries in warm water (reserve the goji berries water for later use). 
  2. Boil water with 1 tsp salt. Cook linguine in boiling water.
  3. Slowly sauté ginger slices with 1 tsp sesame oil. Pan-sear chicken breast.
  4. Deglaze with goji berries water and rice wine, put in spaghetti. When sauce thickens, add goji berries and garlic sesame oil and sauté evenly. Turn off heat and add a pinch of salt.
