How to make it

  1. Stir Fry the sesame seeds in a wok until fragrant, add a little soy milk and mix well in a blender.
  2. Add the remaining soy milk, simmer over low heat to form a soup base and set aside.
  3. Add a little oil in a wok, stir-fry the pork belly and pepper over medium heat until half-cooked.
  4. Add Japanese Style Sweet Bean Sauce, Japanese Style Sweet Bean Sauce and soy sauce and stir well.
  5. Add water, turn to low heat and simmer for 2 minutes until the water is reduced. Finally, add sesame oil and mix well to form Dandan Noodle sauce.
  6. Cook and drain the noodles, add soy milk soup, Dandan Noodle sauce, soft-boiled egg and chopped green onion and serve.
