How to make it

  1. Marinate the pork for 10 minutes.

  2. Slice the mushrooms and cut the bacon into small pieces. Blanch the mixed beans. Seed and dice the pepper.

  3. Cook the linguine in a pot. Reduce the cooking time by 1 minute according to the package. Keep a bowl of the pasta water.

  4. Heat the oil pan. Stir-fry the bacon and mushroom. Add chili, garlic and mixed beans. Stir well and add in the linguine. Add a little bit of pasta water and stir fry. Serve with grated cheese.

  5. Tips: Drizzle a bit of quality olive oil before serving.
