How to make it

  1. Fry minced pork with 1-2 tbsp oil.
  2. Add tofu and Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Ma Po Tofu, mix well with hands.
  3. Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens, then serve on a plate and sprinkle with diced shallots.
