Ingredients

  • Onion (piece) 50 g
  • Carrot (piece) 50 g
  • Potato (piece) 50 g
  • Chicken(slice) 250 g
  • Water 50 mL

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Coconut Curry Sauce 1 Jar

How to make it

  1. Saute onion pieces, carrot pieces and potatoes in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add chicken meat and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  2. Add coconut curry and water.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 6 minutes or until cooked through.
