How to make it

  1. Saute ginger in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add pork belly stir-fry until golden.
  2. Stir in seasoning mix, cover and bring to the boil. Simmer until tender and sauce thickens.
  3. * Pork Belly should be cut into 1.5''/4 cm cube pieces.
