Sea Snail in Spicy Chilli Sauce

How to make it

  1. Wash the sea snail and rinse with running water for 3 minutes.
  2. Boil sea snail, drain after boiled.

  3. Heat the oil, saute the minced garlic until fragrant. Then add the sea snail and seasonings and stir well. Pour in the 100ml water and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in red capsicum over high heat. Add in the corn starch water and cook until the sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with spring onion.
