Make a cut on the inner side of the chicken wings and marinate for 2 hours.
Fry the bread crumbs over low heat until golden brown, add fried garlic and ½ tsp. Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder, mix well and set aside.
Put the chicken wings in the air fryer, air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes, then turn them over and air fry for 5 minutes.
Heat the oil over medium heat, sauté dried shallots and minced garlic until fragrant. Add green onion, red chilli pepper and finger pepper and stir-fry well.
Add in chicken wings and seasonings, stir-fry over medium heat, add in bread crumbs mixture in step 2 and mix well.
