How to make it

  1. Dice chicken, shrimp and scallop into small pieces and marinate for 10 minutes. Take only the stem of the choy sum and dice into small pieces.

  2. Mix the concentrated chicken broth with water. Whisk the eggs well, add in the chicken broth mix, Cover the dish with cling film and steam on high heat for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat the oil pan. Fry chicken, shrimp and scallop, then add carrot and choy sum. Stir fry until fully cooked.

  4. Mix the thickening sauce. Add to the pan. Bring to boil then pour onto the steamed egg. 
  5. Tips: The chicken broth mix can be replaced with soy milk, which is also tender and smooth.
