Marinate minced pork for 10 minutes. Boil cabbage to soften for 1 – 2 minutes, discard thicker leaves of the piece and soak the remainder in cold water.

Mix minced pork with pumpkin into 8 even portions, each portion is to be wrapped into a parcel with a piece of cabbage leaf, place them on a plate.

Steam for 15 minutes, pour heated sauce over the parcels, it is then ready to serve.

Wrapping is easiest if cabage leaves are of the softer, greener ones.
