Heat up a wok and fry the king oyster mushrooms until golden brown. Set aside.
Heat up the wok again and stir-fry the minced garlic and red chili peppers until fragrant.
Add the clams and some water to the wok and stir-fry until the clams open up. Then, add the king oyster mushrooms and the other seasonings and stir-fry until well combined.
Finally, add the basil and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant.
Tips:
Soak the clams in salted water to help remove sand and grit.
