How to make it

  1. Cook the rice cakes in boiling water until soft.
  2. Mix all seasonings well.
  3. On a medium heated pan, sauté the garlic. Add in the meat and cook to medium rare. Bring in the kimchi, seasoning and rice cakes. Stir fry then put the lid on and cook for 2-3 minutes until the pork is completely cooked. Stir in onion then serve.
  4. Tips: Cooking time can be reduced if the rice cakes are pre-boiled.
