How to make it

  1. Chop both ends of chicken wings away. Cook in boiling water until done. Rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. Remove bones from chicken wings. Stuff with mushrooms and XO Sauce.
  3. Mix chicken wings with marinade.
  4. Pan-fry chicken wings in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow.
