How to make it

  1. Wash the cucumbers first, and cut into thick strip, and scrape the seed.
  2. After stirring with salt, marinade for 10-15 minutes. Rinse and drain the cucumbers until there is no salty taste.
  3. Mix all seasonings in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil until the sugar melts, stirring occasionally. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  4. Place the cucumber strips in a glass bottle and pour in the cool marinade, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
