How to make it

  1. Cut baguette into thick slices, spread with butter sauce and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, pan fry the beef and set aside.
  3. Heat the wok again, stir fry the mushrooms and garlic until browned, then add the seasoning and beef and stir-fry well.
  4. Put the stir-fried beef with mushrooms on top of the baguette.
