Mix the ground beef with the marinade. Divide it into 3 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Place the pineapple slices in a preheated 200°C oven and bake for 6 minutes.
Sprinkle a layer of sugar over the baked pineapple slices. Caramelize the sugar until it turns to golden colour.
