How to make it

  1. Boil rice noodles, drain and set aside; fry eggplant with 1 tbsp oil until golden.
  2. Fry the pork with 1 tbsp of oil, then add other ingredients, seasoning and water (except rice noodles).
  3. After boiling, put in the rice noodles and simmer until the water has evaporated, then serve on a plate.
