Marinate minced pork for 1 hour. Spread minced pork on baking paper. Cover with cling wrap. Flatten with a rolling pin into a 2mm thick square.
Place minced pork together with baking papre on oven tray. Discard the cling wrap.
Bake pork at 150°C preheated hot oven for about 20 minutes. Take out. Turn the pork over on another new baking paper and bake for another 15 minutes or until done.
Turn the oven temperature to 170°C. Brush with honey on both sides. Bake each side for 4 minutes.
