Place an appropriate amount of filling on each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold, and seal.

Heat oil in a pan over low heat. Fry the dumplings until they turn golden brown. Add water up to 1/3 the height of the dumplings, cover with a lid, and steam until cooked.

Remove the lid, let the water evaporate, and drizzle with sesame oil.
