Cut tofu into rectangular pieces, wrap 1 piece of nori around the middle of the tofu and dip in corn starch.
Mix the seasonings well and set aside.
Heat a wok and pan fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides, then add the seasoning and let the tofu soak evenly, wait until the sauce thickens and serve. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion.
