Wash and parboil the oxtail for later use.

Cut the white radish into pieces with hobbing method for later use.

Add the pack of Premium Marinade Spices to 1 L of water, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover with lid for 1 hour. Add 2 packs of the White Marinade Pack.

Add oxtail and 1 L of water in another pot, and bring to a boil. Then change to low heat and simmer for 1 hour, add white radish and cook until cooked through.

Add 200 ml of White Marinade sauce to the oxtail soup and cook for 10 minutes. If necessary, add a little salt.
