Lee Kum Kee White Marinade Pack contains 2 pouches of White Marinade Pack and Premium Marinade Spices. Simply add 1kg ingredients and you can make classic Cantonese-style Poached Chicken in White Marinade at home easily.

Poached Chicken in White Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1kg Chicken
Seasoning:
- 1pouch Lee Kum Kee White Marinade Pack
Method:
1. Add the pack of Premium Marinade Spices to 1 L of water, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover with lid for 1 hour.
2. Add 2 packs of the White Marinade Pack, boil with maximum heat and add chicken.
3. Turn to minimum heat and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Turn over the chicken and soak for another 10 minutes, rotate to another side and soak for another 10 minutes with minimum heat, ready to serve.
Tips: Soaking the chicken with minimum heat to maintain white marinade at certain temperature. Once boiled, turn off the heat and wait until the white marinade gets slightly cooler, soak the chicken with lowest heat again.
White Marinade Pack:
Water, Sugar, Salt, Rice Wine (Water, Rice, Wheat), Spices, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Flavour Enhancers (E631, E627).
Premium Marinade Spices:
Sand Ginger, Star Anise, Cinnamon Bark, Mandarin Peels, Liquorice, Fennel, White Peppers, Cloves, Laurel Leaves, Sichuan Peppers.
