Ingredients

  • Minced Pork 200 g
  • Mashed shrimp 60 g
  • Lotus root 80 g [grated and drained]
  • Onion 30 g [diced]
  • Corn starch 2 tbsp for dusting

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil ½ tsp
  • Corn starch 4 tsp,
  • Sugar 1/3 tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Powder to taste

Basic Cooking Sauce

How to make it

  1. Sauté onion in 1 tbsp oil. Set aside.
  2. Mix minced pork, mashed shrimp, lotus root and onion with the seasoning mix. Divide into 8 portions and shape into patties. Dust lightly with corn starch.
  3. Pan-fry lotus root and pork patties in hot oil until both sides golden and done.
