How to make it

  1. Add the pack of Premium Marinade Spices to 1 L of water, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover with lid for 1 hour
  2. Add 2 packs of the White Marinade Pack, boil with maximum heat and add chicken
  3. Turn to minimum heat and cook for 10 minutes
  4. Turn over the chicken and soak for another 10 minutes, rotate to another side and soak for another 10 minutes with minimum heat, ready to serve
  5. Tips: Soaking the chicken with minimum heat to maintain white marinade at certain temperature. Once boiled, turn off the heat and wait until the white marinade gets slightly cooler, soak the chicken with lowest heat again
