Blanch the broccoliin water with salt and oil. Drain well and place around the plate.
Steam the crab meat in medium high heat for 8 minutes. Mix the milk with corn starch. Add it into the egg white and mix in the seasoning.
In medium low heat, stir fry the egg white. Keep frying until almost done. Make sure it is soft and moist. Place it in the middle of the broccoli ring. Top with crab meat.
Boil the sauce and drizzle on the edge of the egg white.
Place the egg yolk in the middle. Serve with Lee Kum Kee Selected Aromatic Vinegar.
Tips:
Use at least 2-3tbsp of oil when stir frying the egg white. Slow and low heat is recommended to keep the egg white soft and moist.
