How to make it

  1. Mix the sugar into water and cook until golden.

  2. Add in butter and cream to cook until caramelized, then stir in abalone sauce and set aside.
  3. Add butter into frying pan over low heat, pan fry the abalones until golden, then stir in half of the caramel sauce. 
  4. Put an abalone on each of the corn chip, then topped with the remaining caramel sauce. 
  5. Tips: Mix and match with your favourite ingredients, such as figs, grapes, nuts, to enhance the taste.
