Wash the beef ribs and pad dry, cut to pieces, marinate for 20 mins.
Mince shallot and garlic and dice onion, red and green bell peppers for later use.
Heat the pan with oil, pan fry the beef ribs until medium well, then remove the ribs.
Fry minced shallot and garlic in the same pan, add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft. Fry after adding ribs and add the sauce and cook mix well to serve.
