How to make it

  1. Flatten the sandwich bread with a rolling pin and set aside. Cut the sausage in half. Use chopsticks to thread half of the sausage first, then thread a piece of cheese, and finally thread half of the sausage.
  2. Use a sandwich bread to roll up the sausage and cheese skewers, coat the connection points with egg liquid, cover the entire hot dog with egg liquid, and press the head and tail slightly to seal.
  3. Dip it in bread crumbs, then dip it in a layer of egg liquid, then dip it in bread crumbs again and press it firmly with your hands.
