How to make it

  1. Grind the pear flesh into puree, take the pulp and juice.
  2. Use a fork to poke holes in the surface of the pork jowl.

  4. Put the pork jowl into the air fryer, air fry at 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
