How to make it

  1. Marinate the chicken thigh for 30 minutes.

  2. Cook the chicken thigh for 8 minutes or until fully cooked. Cut into strips when cooled.

  3. Mix the sauce ingredients.

  4. Put 1 nori sheet on sushi mat and spread the other ingredients, then add the sauce and roll.

  5. Gently grasp the nori roll and keep it for about 5 seconds.

  6. Cut into a bite size pieces and serve.
