Soak the goji berries with hot water and set aside.
Boil a pot of water. Add cordyceps flowers and scald for 10 seconds.
Add peas shoots and cook for 10 seconds.
Drain the cordyceps flowers and peas shoots.
Immerse them in ice water until cool.
Strain off the liquid.
Add seasoning to the cordyceps flowers and peas shoots and mix well.
Garnish with goji berries and serve.
