How to make it

  1. Use a cup and make a hole at the center of the bread. And, spread the butter on one side of the bread.
  2. Heat up the pan with medium low heat, place the bread and butter side down. Cook until golden brown and flip it over.
  3. Crack the egg into the center of the hole, pan fry until the egg is set. Add the sauce, ready to serve.
  4. Tips: Turn off the heat after adding egg to let the egg becomes solid by the heat from pan. It can make a perfect half-cooked egg.
