Mix the seasoning well. Spread on salmon and set aside.
Prepare a piece of aluminum foil and put a piece of parchment paper on top. Put the asparagus, salmon, lemon slices and cherry tomatoes on the paper. Fold the edges of aluminum foil and parchment paper over the salmon. Seal it well. Place the sealed packet onto a baking tray in the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle with some Lee Kum Kee Mala Red Oil Chilli Sauce.
Tips:
Add more Mala Red Oil Chilli Sauce according to personal preference.
