How to make it

  1. Shred the onion and marinate in Lee Kum Kee Apple Cider Vinegar for 10 minutes.
  2. Dice the salmon, cucumber and mango.
  3. Add the seasoning into salmon and cucumber, mix well. 
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, coriander and black pepper before serving.

    Tips:

    1. In addition to dicing cucumber, it can be changed to a "hand patted cucumber"

    2. If you don't like salmon, you may use fried shrimp or scallops as a replacement.
