  • Angus Rib Eye Loin 200 g (diced into 2 cm cubes)
  • Garlic 2 pcs (sliced)
  • Butter 10 g

How to make it

  1. Marinade diced beef tenderloin with marinade for 5 minutes.
  2. Sautéed sliced garlic for a while and set aside.
  3. Heat up the pan with medium heat and melt the butter.
  4. Place beef tenderloin on the pan, pan-fry it until all sides become golden brown and set aside.
  5. Add sauce and sliced garlic, ready to serve.
