How to make it

  1. Mix cordyceps flower, chicken thigh, snow fungus, black fungus, ginger and seasonings. Set aside.
  2. Cut the beancurd sheet into four pieces, wipe the surface with a wet towel. Place the ingredients in step 1 on top.
  3. Roll up and sprinkle a little flour water (mix flour and water) on the edge of the beancurd sheet.
  4. Sweep a layer of sesame oil on the dish, put on rolls and steam for 12 minutes over high heat.
