Stir Fry Chicken with Broccoli and Chinese Yam
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Chicken Fillet 150g (Chopped)
- Broccoli 150g (Cut into pieces)
- Fresh Yam 50g (Removed peel and cut into pieces)
- Red Capsicum 1pc (Chopped)
- Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1½Tbsp.
- Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger 1 Tsp.
Marinade
- Lee Kum Kee No Hormones Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 Tsp.
- Corn Starch ½ Tsp.
- Oil 1 Tbsp.
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee No Hormones Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder ½Tbsp.
- Shaoxing Wine ½Tbsp.

How to make it

Marinate the chicken fillet for 20 minutes.

Add ½ tsp. in a boiling water and then cook the broccoli for 30 seconds, add the Chinese Yam and cook for another 30 seconds. Drain and set aside.

Heat the oil, sauté the chicken until medium well. Set aside.

Add minced garlic and minced ginger to the wok and sauté until fragrant, then add all the ingredients and seasonings and stir well.

Fry the chicken over high heat until fully cooked.
