How to make it

  1. Boil the rice cakes and set aside.

  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion until fragrant, stir in rice cakes, kimchi, abalones and all seasonings, and bring the ingredients to boil. 
  3. Add triple cheese into the frying pan, cook over medium heat until the sauce is thickened. 
  4. Tips: Mix and match with your favourite ingredients, such as shredded leek, egg, to enhance the taste.
