Lee Kum Kee Seafood XO Sauce is a savory gourmet condiment made from ham, dried shrimp, dried squid & spices. It is an excellent appetizer to go with different meals. The tangy flavor enhances the taste of dim sum, noodles and all dishes. It is ideal for stir-fry dishes, stir-fry rice and noodles etc.
