How to make it

  1. Dice the pleurotus eryngii, yellow and red bell pepper. Shred the lettuce leaf.
  2. Marinade the pleurotus eryngii and the pork respectively.

  3. Cut the cauliflower into four pieces and then use a blender or grater to grate the flower part.

  4. Heat oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add minced pork and pleurotus eryngii and stir-fry for 1 minute.

  5. Add minced cauliflower, water and seasoning and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

  6. When the pot is off from heat, add the shredded lettuce and bell pepper, mix well. Sprinkle it with green onion. Serve.
