Wash fish head thoroughly. Cut open the fish head. Marinate with ginger slices and cooking wine for a while.
Put Chilli Garlic Sauce, Chilli Bean Sauce and chopped chilli peppers on the fish head. Add little salt. Boil water in a pan. When it brings to a boil, place fish head in the pan and steam for 20 minutes.
When the fish head is done, pour away the excess water on the plate.
Put some chopped green onions on the fish head and pour Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood. Heat some oil in a pan, and pour it over the fish head.
