Blanch the green onion. Mix the pork with the marinade. Season the prawn with a pinch of salt.
Take 2 pieces of tofu. Coat one side of the tofu with corn starch. Place the minced pork between 2 pieces of tofu and make it into a square shape. Place the prawn on top of the tofu and tie it with green onion to look like a present. Trim the green onion if necessary.
Place the carrot on the steaming plate to hold the tofu. Steam in high heat for 8 minutes until cooked through.
Boil the sauce and pour over the tofu for serving.
Tips:
There is corn starch in the oyster sauce, therefore marinating the meat with oyster sauce can soften the meat.
