How to make it

  1. Marinate the chicken fillet for 10 minutes and set aside. 
  2. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and soak in water, add salt and mix well, soak for 10 minutes. Rinse with water and set aside. 
  3. Add the broccoli to the boiling water. Boil until the broccoli is cooked. Remove the water and set aside. 
  4. Heat the oil in a wok, fry the chicken fillet on low heat until 80% cooked. Then add the pepper and broccoli and stir-fry on medium heat. Add the seasonings and fry until the chicken fillet is cooked

    Tips: 

    Soak broccoli with salt water could help to remove the insects inside the flower
