Stir-fried Prawns with Basil in Soy Sauce

How to make it

  1. Devein prawn by having a slight cut at the back and wash the prawns. Pat dry with kitchen towel.
  2. Heat the oil with medium high heat, pan fry the prawns until golden. Set aside.
  3. Add oil into the pan, sauté the chilli. Add capsicums and red onion to sauté
  4. Add prawns and seasoning to sauté quickly
  5. Turn off the heat and mix well with basil.
