Sweet and Sour Garlic Prawn
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Prawn 8 pieces
- Onion ½ piece, finely diced
- Shallots 2 pieces, finely diced
- Lee Kum Kee Shaoxing Huadiao Wine 2tbsp
- Green onion 5g
- Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1tsp
Seasoning
- Water 100ml
- Lee Kum Kee Selected Aromatic Vinegar 4tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Tomato Ketchup 2tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Corn starch 1tsp

How to make it

In a wok, heat oil over medium high heat. Add prawns and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add Shaoxing wine. Take the prawns out and set aside.

In a wok over medium high heat, add oil. Fry shallot, onion, garlic and prawns.

Mix the seasoning well and pour onto the prawns. Cook until the sauce sticks to the prawns. Sprinkle with green onion.

Tips:
Add chili into the sauce to give a spicy kick.
